Realtor Policy

 

§       When we pay a commission to realtors, it is a 3% selling commission.

§       We do not pay a listing commission or any commission that totals more than 3% of the price of the home excluding any rolled in closing costs.

§       The only way that we will pay a realtor’s commission is if the realtor is with the prospective buyer the first time we ever see the buyer. 

§       In the event of telephone contact, the realtor needs to call before his client talks to us.
