
Deed Restrictions for Meadow Ridge II
To keep Meadow Ridge II an attractive addition where residents can enjoy the beauty of the neighborhood as well as the beauty of their homes, the following deed restrictions will apply to this entire addition.
All Homes are to be owner occupied unless unique conditions are approved by the builder.
Vehicles are prohibited from being parked on unpaved areas of the lawn or property of others, nor are vehicles that are no longer being driven on a regular basis to be kept on the property.
All plans must be approved by an architectural committee appointed and or approved by the original developer.
No boats, jet skies, RVs, or any other recreational vehicles to be parked on driveway or any area that can be seen from the street.
Must have at least two live trees and twenty shrubs in front yard (Alpha.series have 10 shrubs)
Must have Christmas lights taken down by no later than February,
No utility buildings larger than 12' x 12' and total structure height not to exceed 10’.
No Chain link fence visible from street.
No conversion of garages into living space is allowed. The garage door must remain completely operational.
In addition to the above requirements, residents are encouraged to do the following as a means of keeping a nice neighborhood.
Cars should be kept in the garage, or the driveway if possible; keeping cars out of the streets.
Garage doors should be closed except while entering or exiting or for brief periods of time while working out of the garage; for example, to access lawn tools for lawn care.
Lawn and shrubs should be watered and trimmed to maintain an attractive front view of your home.
In general, be a good neighbor: Keep noise and music levels down, treat others as you would like to be treated.
